"inspired" the September 11 tragedy in New York, an American inventor, this Kevin Stone orthopedic surgeon by profession, has designed and developed a rescue winch for skyscrapers that would allow anyone (I do not know if the old man in the picture is the inventor of the device or "testimonial" chosen ad hoc) to let down safely ( ? ) from the upper floors of a skyscraper in flames along the outer wall of the building ... I do not know if it will work really, but as an invention is truly useful and original or at least "reassuring" for those who can buy ... :)
