The former Minister of 'productive Scajola was investigated in competition
with the entrepreneur Francesco Caltagirone Bellavista, President of the Aquamarine, the assumption of the crime of having circumvented the rules on public procurement. I wrote the Corriere della Sera.
The prosecutor, like the newspaper, suggests an intervention of Scajola to create a fast track to Caltagirone in building the new port of Imperia. The indictment against the former minister would be conspiracy.
In particular, the Prosecution contends that has not been issued a public tender for the award of Alvor and that negotiations have been carried out by the same Scajola.
Acquamare but argues that the Port of Imepria uan society is almost exclusively private-public because the only is the Council of the town which has, however, a minority of 33 percent.
Scajola, that the newspaper would ever return to politics, defends afferamndo who are "trying to draw him into the history of the port of Imperia," but to be unrelated to each other.
